Quinta da Pacheca, one of the best-known farms in the Douro region, was also one of the first properties to bottle wine under its own brand. It is mentioned for the first time in a document dated April 1738, where it is referred to as \u201cPacheca\u201d, as it is owned by D. Mariana Pacheco Pereira. But it was only in 1903, when D. Jos\u00e9 Freire de Serpa Pimentel decided to develop his interest in oenology, that he bought the farm and began to seriously dedicate himself to the risky business of winemaking. Este vinho \u00e9 obtido a partir de uvas das castas Viosinho e Rabigato provenientes de v\u00e1rias parcelas de vinha plantadas a 300 metros de altitude.<\/p>\n

O Pacheca Grande Reserva Branco tem cor amarelo dourado que evoca folhas de ch\u00e1 no aroma e toques c\u00edtricos envolvidos por notas tostadas de madeira. Na boca \u00e9 mineral, de invulgar frescura dada pela elevada acidez. Grande potencial gastron\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n
