Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, Tiago Caba\u00e7o became accustomed from a very early age to sharing the field and working in the vineyards and in the winery with his parents. It was through this path that, as a child, he learned secrets about the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties and the entire universe associated with it, which he still applies in his day-to-day life. In 2004 he created the Tiago Caba\u00e7o Winery brand, the project under his own name. Since then, he has placed his own wines on the market, through which he began to assert his personality and vision regarding wines and the Alentejo.<\/p>\n

Tiago Caba\u00e7o has received respect and attention from the sector, winning many national and international awards and distinctions. The family of wines, seductive and serious, modern in style and form but deeply Alentejo in character, is divided between the \u201c.com\u201d with an energetic and jovial profile, the serious and powerful monovarietals, the \u201cVinhas Velhas\u201d that combine the excellence of the terroir and the vines over 30 years old, the sparkling wine, designed for special moments, and the simultaneously vigorous, subtle and fresh \u201cblogs\u201d that claim to be the top of the range of Tiago Caba\u00e7o wines.<\/p>\n

With access to some of the best and oldest vineyards in Alentejo, all close to Estremoz, with oenology handed over to one of the best winemakers in the country \u2013 Susana Esteban \u2013 with the conquest of foreign markets, Tiago Caba\u00e7o is one of the stars of the new Alentejo .<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Very dark fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity.<\/p>\n
