As a result of enormous respect for Nature and all our passion and dedication, we produced a limited and numbered edition of Poems in the birthplace of Alvarinho in Portugal, a place full of magic on the banks of the River Minho, in the family since the seventeenth century in a peaceful communion with nature.
\nThe art of wine has been passed down from generation to generation until today. Used in religious ceremonies in the 19th century, it has always been enjoyed by family and friends and offered with pleasure to everyone who visits us.

Estagia durante 24 meses em contacto com as borras finas em pequenos dep\u00f3sitos de 1500 a 3000 litros com battonage peri\u00f3dica e temperatura controlada seguido de engarrafamento e um per\u00edodo de est\u00e1gio de v\u00e1rios meses em garrafa. A casta Alvarinho beneficia de um est\u00e1gio prolongado obtendo-se um vinho mais elegante, complexo e com mais textura.<\/p>\n
