O Casa de Saima Garrafeira \u00e9 produzido a partir da casta Baga, oriunda de vinhas muito velhas (com cerca de 80 anos) plantadas em solos areno-argilosos.<\/p>\n

As uvas s\u00e3o fermentadas em lagares abertos, de pequena dimens\u00e3o, com submers\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica das pel\u00edculas visando uma maior extrac\u00e7\u00e3o de cor e compostos \u00fateis. Este vinho estagia durante 24 meses em toneis de madeira e 1 ano em garrafa.<\/p>\n

Trata-se de um vinho elegante com notas de frutos vermelhos bem maduros de elevado requinte.
